Making Appointments
Please follow the guidelines below:

If your session is booked in,

• Penang Island or Mainland (up to Bukit Mertajam only) – minimum 6 hours notice

• Kuala Lumpur – minimum 24 hours notice

• Johor Bahru or Singapore – 24 to 48 hours notice

• Langkawi – minimum 24 hours notice

• Pahang, Kelantan or Terengganu – 24 to 48 hours notice

 

Booking Deposit

Please follow the guidelines below:

If your session is booked in,

• Penang Island or Mainland (up to Bukit Mertajam only) – RM 50.00

• Kuala Lumpur – RM 100.00

• Terengganu, Kelantan, Pahang – RM 100.00

• Melaka, Johor Bahru or Singapore – RM 150.00

• Perlis, Kedah, Langkawi – RM 150.00

 

Postponements, Cancellations and Refunds

Postponements and Cancellations are contingent upon Joe’s travelling time from Penang to the agreed location. Below are the estimated minimum duration of travel. Postpoment or cancellation should be done not later than the following hours before the session. No refund of booking deposit shall be made if Joe has already started travelling.

• Kuala Lumpur – 6 hours

• Johor Bahru – 9 hours

• Singapore – 10 hours

• Kuala Terengganu, Kota Bahru – 10 hours

• Kuantan – 10 hours

• Langkawi – 6 hours

 

In the event Joe has to postpone or cancel an appointment, a notification shall be sent at least 4 hours before the scheduled time. If an appointment is postponed with mutual agreement, Joe shall retain the booking deposit. In the event of a cancellation, Joe shall refund the deposit within 48 hours from the notification of cancellation.

 

Surcharges

For all appointments that begin or end past midnight, a surcharge of RM 50 or SGD 30 shall be imposed to cover transportation cost.
